1 head of lettuce 1 tuna fillet (200 g), cooked or canned tuna
Nicely place lettuce leaves all around and in the bottom of a salad bowl. Brake up tuna in pieces and add with all the other ingredients. Add vinaigrette and gently mix right before serving.
2 Tbsp (30 mL) Maison Orphée Organic Canola oil
2 Tbsp (30 mL) Maison Orphée Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 Tbsp (30 mL) Maison Orphée Organic Apple Cider vinegar
1 Tsp (5 mL) Maison Orphée Organic Old-Fashioned Mustard
Maison Orphée Sea Salt with Herbes de Provence
Fresh ground pepper to taste
