A product ordered in error that is delivered in good condition can be exchanged or refunded. However, the product should be returned in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice within thirty (30) days.
Maison Orphée will notify you by mail of the amount paid to your credit card in case of reimbursement.
Maison Orphée will not reimburse the shipping costs for the exchange or refund of a product in good condition.
If a product does not match your order, you must contact us immediately by telephone or email. Maison Orphée will bear all costs of the return of the product.
No returns will be allowed for a used product.
