Super Omega-3 Salad

Ingredients

4 cups mixed baby greens
a few leaves of aragula
4 radishes, sliced
½ fennel bulb, sliced
8 slices smoked salmon or gravlax
2 omega-3 eggs, hard-boiled (optional)
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Divide salad ingredients amongst four serving plates. Drizzle with dressing and serve right away

Dressing

3 Tbsp (45 mL) Maison Orphée Walnut of Périgord oil
1 Tbsp (15 mL) Orphée Organic Flaxseed oil
1 Tbsp (15 mL) Maison Orphée Organic White Wine vinegar
1 Tbsp (15 mL) green onion, sliced
1 Tsp (5 mL) Maison Orphée Organic Dijon mustard
1 Tsp (5 mL) miso (optional)

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
