Spicy Oven-Roasted Cauliflower
(gluten-free, lactose-free)

3-4 Tbsp (30-45 mL) Maison Orphée Sunflower Oil for Cooking, depending on the size of cauliflower
1 tsp (5 mL) liquid honey
1 cauliflower, cut into thick slices*
½ tsp (2,5 mL) cumin
Maison Orphée Sea Salt with Aromatic Herbs, to taste


Position the rack in the bottom of the oven. Preheat oven to 200oC (400oF).

1. In a bowl, mix the sunflower oil and the honey. Add sliced cauliflower mixture until well coated. Add cumin and sea salt.

2. Pour intoa large cooking pan and and lay cauliflower slices flat side down in the pan.

3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until the slices are tender and golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.
