Raw Beet Salad with walnut oil


4 red beets
2 Tbsp (30 mL) Maison Orphée Walnut of Périgord oil
2 Tsp (10 mL) Maison Orphée Organic Red Wine vinegar
1 Tbsp (15 mL) snipped chives

Sea salt and pepper


Peel beets and grate coarsely. In a small bowl mix the oil and vinegar. Add to beets and top with chives
