Quick Chinese Cabbage Salad


1 Chinese cabbage
2 carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
2 Tbsp (30 mL) Maison Orphée Toasted Sesame oil
2 Tbsp (30 mL) Maison Orphée Organic Sunflower oil
3 Tbsp (45 mL) Maison Orphée White Balsamic Vinegar
Sea salt and fresh pepper to taste
Toasted sesame seeds (optional)


Remove leaves from cabbage, rinse and pat dry. Finely slice cabbage and place in a salad bowl. Peel and grate carrots. Add to cabbage. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve right away.
