Preparation time : 40 minutes

Ingredients :

  • 1 can black beans 
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. hazelnut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 cup raw cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 handful chopped Grenoble nuts
  • A pinch of salt 
 

Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a food processor, mix together the black beans, eggs, maple syrup, hazelnut oil and vanilla.
When a homogeneous mixture is obtained, add raw cocoa, baking powder, salt and mix again.  
Add dark chocolate chips to the mixture and put in a square baking pan (8x6). 
Finish up with chopped Grenoble nuts to your taste. 
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
