Easy Mayonnaise

Ingredients

1 egg yolk
1 Tsp (5 mL) Maison Orphée Organic Dijon mustard
1 Tsp (5 mL) Maison Orphée Organic White Wine vinegar
Maison Orphée Fine Grey Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
7 Tbsp (100 mL) Maison Orphée Organic Sunflower oil for cooking
5 Tbsp (80 mL) Maison Orphée Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil

Preparation

In a bowl whisk the egg yolk, mustard, vinegar and salt. Add the oil one drop at a time while whisking. Add pepper to taste and serve with vegetables, on a nice tomato sandwich. Add pesto, tomato purée, chili for fast and easy dipping sauces.
