Unrefined Hazelnut oil
 
An oil known for its sweet taste and unique aroma. It is made the old-fashioned way with lightly-toasted hazelnuts, from a traditional recipe.
 

Cooking tips :

Hazelnut oil can tolerate light sautés. It adds a nice flavour to pancake batters and muffins and replaces butter on starchy foods, vegetables, fish and pasta. It goes well with balsamic vinegar and any salad. A few drops will add a praline flavour to your chocolate mousses!

After opening, store between 15°C and 18°C until expiry date.
 

Nutrition facts :

  • It is very rich in omega-9 oleic acid (80%)!
